- Furniture, old gold and silver, clocks, paintings, rugs, tools, collections, and the box in the cellar nobody has opened in years. Anything with resale value is counted and paid to you.
- The labour, the transport, and the disposal of what nobody can use again. One fixed price, agreed before anything is touched.
The two lines are never netted against each other. The bottom of the page can be an invoice, zero, or an amount that comes to you.
How it goes

You call, once
One number, one person. You describe the building and what is roughly in it. Nothing is priced over the phone, because a building cannot honestly be priced without being seen.

We come and look at everything
Every room, the cellar, the attic, the garage, and behind every door that is closed. We photograph what is there and go through it with you, so that what we are pricing and what you think we are pricing are the same thing.

You get one offer, and it holds
In writing, within 48 hours of the visit. What you are paid for and what you pay for stand as two separate lines, never as one netted figure. If the job turns out heavier than it looked, that is ours to carry, not yours to be billed for.

One person owns the outcome
You are not scheduling anyone, chasing anyone, or standing between two companies blaming each other. One company, one invoice, one name answering the phone when you use it.

The price is set at the visit and written down. It is not an estimate, a starting point or a range, and it is not recalculated once the work is done.
If the job turns out heavier than it looked, that is our problem and not your bill.
The price moves only if what is actually in the building is materially different from what was recorded and agreed at the visit.
Every room, cellar, attic, garage and closed door is photographed and confirmed with you before the price is set.
The record is what the price is fixed against. You see it, you correct it, and you agree it before you agree the price. Nothing is discovered later that you did not know about.
Asbestos is the only thing that can change the price, because the law leaves no discretion.
On finding undocumented asbestos we must stop, cordon and mark the area, and notify. We cannot carry on and we cannot absorb it. Anyone who tells you otherwise is telling you they intend to break the law.
