There is no form on this site, no account and no tracking. Nothing about you reaches us until you pick up the telephone or write an email. What you send then is described here.
Who holds it
The company below decides what happens to what you send, and is the controller in the sense of the GDPR.
What arrives, and why
What you write
Your name, a way to reach you, the address of the building and whatever you choose to tell us about it. There is no list of fields because there is no form — it is whatever you put in the message.
Why it is kept
To answer you, to plan the visit and, if you go ahead, to do the work and invoice it. Nothing you send is used to build a mailing list, and nothing is passed on to anyone as a lead.
How long it stays
A request that leads nowhere is deleted once the correspondence is plainly finished. A job that goes ahead leaves an invoice, and Belgian bookkeeping law requires that to be kept for seven years.
Who else sees it
The address and the access arrangements go to the crew and the hauliers who carry out the work, because they cannot arrive without them. Nothing goes to advertisers, data brokers or buyers of leads.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no social embed and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
The language you are reading is decided by the address of the page, not by anything stored on your machine.
The server that delivers the pages keeps short technical logs — an address, a page, a moment — to stay up and to fend off abuse. They are not read to work out who you are.
What you can ask for
You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to it being kept at all. Ask by email or telephone. You do not have to say why, and it costs nothing.
